"The property was in good condition we had a large comfortable room but no cooking hob. The washing machine was free to use and $2 dollars ($1 coins) for the old drier which was pretty efficient. Parking was a challenge for the room we had with full size 4WD and some of our neighbours also had large utes requiring everyone to reverse in to expedite departure. Didn't use the swimming pool as it was mid June with overnight temps at 0."
