"The room was spacious quiet and the bed was comfortable. View from the room is nice! It’s a very large property and was very busy but we didn’t ever have to wait in line for front desk or elevators. Lobby bar area is very lively (pros and cons!). When we got to the room, the windows hadn’t been cleaned and were covered in handprints and it was clear the corners are never swept in the bathroom (dust and hair!). Sink faucet leaked badly onto the counter and it took a good 5 minutes for the water to heat up in the shower, which feels very wasteful. Was nice to have the option of the shuttle to Disney so close to the hotel entrance but still walkable and close to pharmacy and restaurants."

"Property is clean and staff is great but pillows and beds are not comfortable. It might be ok for others but the bed was very firm, the pillows were very firm. Softer pillow would have made it more tolerable. TV didn’t work, A/C didn’t work so we had to switch rooms. Had to use an iPad to watch anything decent anyways. I did book this property with an off site company, they said parking available, no fee for parking ever mentioned. Charged additional $25 per night which I feel is really crappy for the hotel to do. You’re already paying a good amount for a room!!"

"The hotel is a 5 maybe 10 min. walk to either the water park (check to see if open) or Knott’s. They have a beautiful pool area, hot tub, tables with umbrellas, lounges, chairs, towels, and a splash pad for the kids. We didn’t try it but they do have table service from the hotel’s restaurant. The gym is clean and well maintained. The sauna and steam room is very clean and a wonderful place to relax. We stay there quite often and have always had wonderful service, clean rooms and a great time. The hotel bar is nice. The servers are great although you need to check the last call time.."
