Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel

6/10 Okay

"Cleaning staff opened up our room 3 hours before required check out time (unsure if they knocked or not). This woke us up an hour earlier than we had planned. Also the shower curtains were missing a liner which lead to water accumulating around the toilet and on the floor. We had extra towels so that was helpful in cleaning up. Aside from that shuttle drivers and front desk personnel were amazing and helpful."

"Property is clean and staff is great but pillows and beds are not comfortable. It might be ok for others but the bed was very firm, the pillows were very firm. Softer pillow would have made it more tolerable. TV didn’t work, A/C didn’t work so we had to switch rooms. Had to use an iPad to watch anything decent anyways. I did book this property with an off site company, they said parking available, no fee for parking ever mentioned. Charged additional $25 per night which I feel is really crappy for the hotel to do. You’re already paying a good amount for a room!!"

"The hotel is a 5 maybe 10 min. walk to either the water park (check to see if open) or Knott’s. They have a beautiful pool area, hot tub, tables with umbrellas, lounges, chairs, towels, and a splash pad for the kids. We didn’t try it but they do have table service from the hotel’s restaurant. The gym is clean and well maintained. The sauna and steam room is very clean and a wonderful place to relax. We stay there quite often and have always had wonderful service, clean rooms and a great time. The hotel bar is nice. The servers are great although you need to check the last call time.."

"The bathroom had hair on the floor from someone prior and wasn’t cleaned. There was medication and candy in the sofa. It has a kitchen however there is not a table and chairs to eat at. The breakfast is not a true breakfast. It’s JUST muffins, fruit, a few cereal options, and milk. The coffee machine was out of order on our first morning. I do not recommend this hotel for the price. The reviews made it seem great and it’s not!"
