"Very sketchy hotel in a very sketchy neighborhood. My teenager and I didn’t feel safe and I was worried about my car being parked there for both nights. There were homeless walking freely around the property and staff was pretty much nonexistent. The office stayed locked the entire time we were there and I only spoke with a staff member at an outside check-in window on the first night. "Parking was free and easily accessible and the staff were nice. But we won’t be staying here in the future. The room was misrepresented with the photos that were used on the site, the room had a moldy/musty smell, the “hot” water in the shower was luke warm, and either someone tried entering the room or the housekeeping staff tried to open the door without knocking or announcing themselves before doing so. "Absolutely horrible. The photos they posted are nothing like the room I had. The walls needed to be fixed, the bed wasn’t made and there were cracks in the floor. Then someone tried to open our door so we left after being there for only 40 minutes. I asked for a refund but because we “used the room” he wouldn’t let us refund. Never coming here again and i recommend you stay far away from here"

"The floor was dirty. As soon as we walked on it our feet were dirty. It had not been mopped or was mopped with dirty water. "We only stayed for 1 night after a concert at the House of Blues. The room was nicely decorated in a modern style with a great selection of wall art. It was clean and comfortable. The only thing that was a bit odd is the hotel location as it was built in a local neighborhood. We did not use the amenities but they looked nice. The breakfast buffet was a bit pricey for the limited selection of food you get. There was also barely any eggs, bacon or sausage left when we got to the dining room even...
