"The room was clean, lots of room to move around. They put me in a newly renovated room, they said, on the 27th floor. Unfortunately I had zero hot water. I tried from 10pm-11:30pm to call guest services from my room and kept getting a busy signal. I finally ended up dialing out of the hotel and calling the hotel's main number and getting ahold of guest services that way. They answered right away when I did that, which leaves me wondering why the paid customer who are already in rooms can't get through to them, but people calling from outside the hotel can. They did offer to let me onto another room to shower, but it was almost midnight by then, and I just wanted to sleep. The maintenance guy came shortly after 8am to try and fix it, and he did finally get me hot water around 8:40am, but it was already too late to shower, as I had to check out to get to an appointment right after that. Also, my room was beside the door to the stairs, and it banged so loud when it closed, that my family could hear it over the phone when I was talking to them. I woke up several times through the night because of it closing. Does it need to close that hard/loud? If so, maybe you need to soundproof the walls to the rooms better."
"The hotel itself was lovely, clean, staff wonderful, amenities great. The restaurant food was really good, breakfast each day was very good. My stay was very relaxing. I would recommend staying at the Hampton Inn on York."
"We enjoyed walking the trail along the river to get to The Forks and The Museum of Human Rights. Very convenient location for these sights. We were also very close to the events for The Fringe Festival. The hotel was comfortable and clean. Had everything that we needed for our stay."
"It was a very nice hotel I liked that it was close to downtown, the train station and not to far from the airport. The room was big and comfortable. The bathropom was clean and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. I would stay there again."
