"Room was a little dusty- definitely needed a wipe down, especially the table tops and phone. There was no air conditioning, which was a shock. We requested soap which never came. As a result, we didn't bother asking for bath towel as they only gave us one. That being said, the breakfast was nice ..."

"Was very disappointed with the cleanliness of not just the hotel but the pub attached also. The toilets in the pub were disgusting, with no hand soap the whole 4 days of our stay. The whole place looked very worn & tired. I have know idea how on earth it’s classed as 4 stars as I would say it’s 2 ..."
