"Lovely venue and historical features are fabulous. Heating an issue - in cold for a few hours in a really icy spell outside (Room 29) but working with Amy she mended the boiler after a while and room warmed up from 9pm onwards. Amy was very helpful - thank you.
Breakfast was good and staff really helpful. "

"Needs:
In-room fridge - cupboard space appears to be there for it;
Noise insulation - can hear snoring between floors and can't sleep in with early cleaners;
Ergonomic chair to enable prolonged use for work;
More attentive serving staff - busy talking or doing other things without looking over;
Consistent customer service between staff.
Rooms are nice and clean.
Afternoon tea is generous. "
