"I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and found the experience to be mixed. The room itself was acceptable and met basic expectations, but there were a few notable issues that should be addressed. "We were assigned a room that was at the furthest end of the property which meant lugging our bags down the longest hallway I've ever seen. A staff member said the property stretches a mile & a half end to end. Not ideal when we were only there one night in order to catch a flight early in the morning. Otherwise, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was polite."

"From the front desk staff to maid service to the shuttle van driver, everyone was friendly and welcoming. It was great to have a shuttle van as our flight was early in the morning. Breakfast was pleasing and had a good selection. I enjoyed the coffee machine which was able to make espressos, cappuccinos, Americano’s or Doppio’s. My wife liked the tea selection as well.. "Very close to the airport and plenty of parking. Room was tidied up daily. We were given the room on the ground floor and there were days especially in the morning when there were lots of noises like banging doors and trolleys passing by. Breakfast is fine. Maybe time to get a new bread toaster too as you need to hold the lever to toast it as it is broken😬. Otherwise we had a comfortable stay and staff were very nice, helpfl and accomodating."

"Our room was stiflingly hot and the staff did nothing to assist. They told us to open the window, despite having a sign posted to not open windows because some nasty looking bugs would come in. They refused to credit us any amount at all and only paid the €10 for our shuttle to the airport to compensate us."

"Breakfast menu had low quality choices, shower was very small, cheap curtains keep touching my skin while trying to shower and the water from the sink was draining super slow. When leaving the hotel, the driver didn’t even try helping me load my 5 suitcase I had or dismount at the airport and when he was pulling out of the hotel parking lot we almost had an accident with an upcoming vehicle on the road. Definitely not coming back and not recommended. "

"Hotel was super convenient to and from the airport with their shuttle. You have to reserve a seat on the shuttle, so we let them know what time we were landing. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which was nice."
