"I used this hotel for the first time. The building is clean, the staff is polite, but... The outdoor pool was closed for two days because of some maintenance—they should have given information on the website beforehand so everyone knew. Personally, I would have chosen another hotel because I was with kids and they wanted to use the indoor pool. My daughter left her towel, which she had received two days earlier from her coach. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff took this towel with the other...

"Breakfast menu could be little better an hotter...an they start cleaning at 9am an dont give u time.they cleaning all around u...could have few more things on it.they dont put when somethings empty but other than that great........

"When you first walk into the hotel, it is very clean and nice. The lady at the front was very rude to me and was not helpful at all. The room I had was dirty. It was cleaned, but had multiple stains on the carpet, stains in the sink and bathtub, the toilet paper fixture was hanging off the wall, and the bathtub had a lot of black mold around it. Very disappointed with the overall look of this property and would not recommend it for any type of long-term stay."

"What a great crew at this hotel. All staff was professional while remaining friendly and kind. What could've been the worst week we've had on a long time turned out good with the help of the caring staff. Our thanks to the entire staff."

"I must say the staff was excellent. But the actual hotel it self needs a lot of TLC. I had to move from the room I was in because of a pipe burst. Again the staff was excellent when it came to the move and all but the hotel really needs an upgrade. The sofa beds looked dirty, the tub was cracked and looked like it needed to be replaced, they also said they had a business center but it’s a desk with a computer and it’s out in the open.
