"Beautiful hotel! Great location, excellent accommodations! Highly recommend!!"

"Angry, rude clerk. Wouldn't allow my stay because I lived within a certain radius. I understand this policy, but I was ridiculed for being homeless by the desk clerk who asked very personal questions so he could continue to throw out disparaging comments and criticize the U.S. Perhaps he should move back to his own country."

"Tenía mal olor, mala presencia, cobraron mucho dinero & fue pésima la atención"

"Very nice. Liked the location."

"It was a great hotel. Our original hotel had to cancel at the last min and Spark was very accommodating! Very clean, quiet and wonderful staff! We will be back, thank you!"

"Everything was excellent. Clean, friendly staff good breakfast."

"The stay was ok. Mattresses need to be replaced, you can feel the springs as well as the bedding, since it had tears in it. TV is out dated. Breakfast was fine."

"It was horrible abuse. I have stayed in many Quality Inns and almost none cheat me. But this one jacked up the deposit so high, that I was refused a room AFTER I PAID FOR IT. I also had trouble getting Expedia to help me (I usually do not). And I was on the phone having trouble with BOTH this hotel AND Expedia for hours. This was the beginning of actual physical and emotional abuse for me in Lacrosse. I would advise people not to come to Wisconsin, period. It's awful"
