"Initial problems were car park was totally full (despite being told no need to pre-book as plenty of space) This was 3rd party info. & did not match what the hotel told us on arrival. Our allocated room left a lot to be desired. Thankfully Michelle on reception efficiently addressed all the issues and resolved everything to our total satisfaction by sorting the parking issue and moving us to a great room. Without her intervention we would have walked away, but now more than happy with her...

"We were in room 302 which has a sea view and was very clean and well presented. My only comment on the room is it was very warm, it felt like the heating was on, even though the outside weather was 20 degrees and overcast. I was also a bit surprised at the additional £50 I was asked to pay on check in (????), although this is refunded when you check out. "Fantastic stoped 😀 to see the Kelpies and Falkirk wheel. We stayed for two nights. Staff excellent they make your experience 😁. Had my first facial, Our dog loved it. Only thing to let them down was there breakfast full English for the price it was very greesey my potato scones was limp with greesey."

"Lovely spacious room in the cottage. Everything was catered for. Options for breakfast and dinner. We had a lovely sitting outside area which was handy on one of the hottest days. We parked in the long stay car park but then the lady on reception informed us that after 5pm the street was quieter and we managed to park our car nearby. "
