"Lovely decor and staff very helpful and friendly but was a little disappointed in our lake view room, it was really just a glimpse and considering the hotel felt very empty I would have thought a better view room would have been offered. Also booked this hotel specifically for having a pool but the pool is like a fountain. I guess this is on me for not researching better but having property called a garden hotel I was a little disappointed"

"This was an amazing place, incredible views and super friendly staff. My wishlist for making it better would only be air conditioning, maybe more loungers at pool. You need to be aware of how long it can take you to get down to como but it’s an amazing place."

"I made the reservation six months in advance, and after paying 90 euros just for transportation to get up there, the owner wasn’t answering the phone and the door was closed. With two kids, luggage, the hot summer weather, and this worst case scenario combined, it made us hate Lake Como itself. Absolute worst hotel do not ever go here."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were eloping in Cernobbio during our stay and it was the perfect location to meet with our Como based vendors and get to and from our venue. The staff were very accommodating and congratulatory for our special day. Very easy to walk to from the train station as well as into central Como. We look forward to staying again if/when we visit Lake Como again!"
