"It met all my needs for my stay"

"The pub was busy and bustling, yet welcoming. Olivia greeted us, smiling and friendly. She was informative and nothing was too much trouble. She gave a really good first impression of the place Breakfast was excellent (Full English and Eggs Benedict). We were once again served by the lovely Olivia. "We loved the service. They went beyond themselves to help us and make our stay the most pleasant they could. We left to early for breakfast on the day of our flight, and they kept more than enough breakfast ready for us at the reception to take with us when we left. They had provided us with a fane as the AC did not work, however it did not really do it's job. There was plenty of towels and housekeeping did an excellent work! "Came into a boiling hot room."

"We were there for three days due to cleaners strike rooms were not cleaned. Front desk attendant was helpful to give us fresh towels and supplies. Parking was not included but was enough."

"Great option for an overnight stay before a flight. It's walking distance from the train station and the airport (and we had 3 kids with us). The airport shuttle is also an option if mobility is an issue but you do have to pay extra for it, and honestly, it might be quicker to walk. Good sized rooms and delicious dining options.
