"Amazing stay, close to piazza del duomo made it easy to explore Firenze without carrying out stuff around. Was a solid home base with a good breakfast. Only note was laundry service at the hotel is expensive so we decided to take it elsewhere. Overall though our best stay out of all 4 in Italy!"

"Location is great if you want to be close to all the tourist stuff like we wanted to be. The breakfast was well rounded and always stocked. The bed was a hard memory foam, we didn't care too much but it's good to know if you like a plush bed. You can tell you are close to all the action so if you are a light sleeper this probably isn't the place for you. "Room was clean, a bit small but there was everything that I needed. Breakfast was a buffet with pastries, eggs, bacon, fruits and veggies, so very good for the price. The staff was kind and even spoke to me in french (my language). It was perfect!"

"It's little far from the central but it's ok. But the room use by password, there is no key lock so i couldnt sleep, feeling unsafe. The room quite small and the mirror in front of my bed. There was no water in the room and I can hear the sound like gun shot outside, around seems so quite. The price much more higher than other place but service is not really good. Anyway the decoration of the hotel is nice. Good price i can find compare with central at the moment."

"This hotel ended up costing us way more as we had to take taxi everywhere. Not a good location and Florence had very limited taxi. Hotel didn’t have any amenities. Not worth the stay. "
