Great location, safe, convenient. The room was comfy, entry was easy once you are able to get your codes etc. Fair warning: there were no staff on site, but we had no problem with that. It was overall a pretty excellent choice of a place to stay!

This hotel delivered exactly as described. Well located in central Brussels, so a quick walk to most sights, restaurants and an easy train to Brussels Midi. The check in process was horrible. It is very inconvenient to check in online so many times and then also have to wait past the check in time to receive keys. This process was alarming and not smooth. The room was very clean though and we had a great stay other than the check in process.

Very handy location

Payment of city tax is awkward but these are very spacious apartments relative to Brussels hotel at same price. Very close to many tourist sites, bars and restaurants, with good access to public transportation.

Stay was excellent, only issue was the water temperature control was not working properly- it was burning hot or too cold in both bathrooms and the bathroom sink was draining slowly.
