Good location, a few minutes walk from the center, and from the Train station. Rooms have nice high ceilings, very comfortable beds, fridge, coffee maker, and a safe. Very comfortable. No front desk or key, access is by code for the front door and room

El hotel estå bien, la localización es muy buena, pero sólo limpian la habitación una vez a la semana si la estancia es de, al menos, 8 días. El día de la llegada, me escribieron para decirme que tenían que recolocarme en otro hotel. Finalmente, se debió todo a un error y me quedé en el hotel original. Me dijeron que me iban a dejar en la habitación un detalle por las molestias, pero no hubo nada.

F1 Weekend

I did not get any mail prior to arriving with any instruction or confirmation code to get the online check-in going. This resulted in almost an hour spent figuring this out. Mostly because there were no one to contact except by chat. And I was required to download WhatsApp, setting up an account etc. as well. After finally getting in, I tried to take a bath, but after an hour of filling the tub it was barely any water and it was luke warm at absolute best. So no water pressure or heat. The shower worked for some reason, both with hot water and pressure. Then we wanted to use the tv, but getting a "no signal" on the HDMI I was supposed to use to get to cast. I was promised that someone would check these issues out, by two different operators - but none of the issues were resolved. There is no sign that anybody came at all. In addition the bathroom and toilet had a moldy smell. On the positive side, when we finally got the access codes this system worked flawless. The beds were comfortable and the room looked nice. If you only need a place to sleep and take a shower, it will suffice. But for the price we paid I can not recommend it.

Robotic/No Staff/Hotel mechanics often don't work

While the room was clean, most of the utilities did not work and all we could do was punch in a code that often did not work: Air conditioning would not go below 25C and windows do not open; Water took 25+-Minutes to warm up; Electrical outlet by bed for charging often did not work; Elevator caught us for almost an hour until another guest opened it; The neighborhood is not in Central but about a mile away through area not to walk safely; On a parking lot with a bar and loud shouting and dancing until very late; and I could go on and on. On top of all that, the only communication is via text to Berlin, where over 20 texts asking for help messages were not understood and not fully answered by a Robot program. It was as if a rogue Hal from 2001 Space Odyssey was in charge.

Hotel de check in automĂĄtico. Hasta en el elevador tienes que ingresar tu nĂșmero pin que te dan para poder usarlo. Las habitaciones se ven bien, el baño es amplio y la cama cĂłmoda. VolverĂ­a a este hotel. Sobre la ubicaciĂłn estĂĄ relativamente cerca de los puntos turĂ­sticos, llegas caminando en poco tiempo

Very clean and nice but no people working onsite felt odd. Good gym. Expedia gave us wrong code initially to get in so beware of that. No human at a front desk but lovely place otherwise.

Worse experience in Brussels ever

Left this hotel with a severe skin condition that had to be medically treated and my medical practionioner attributed to insects or parasites. Customer service of no help at all, just claiming they checked the room and found no bed bugs.

Design sympa mais propreté à revoir

Le bĂątiment est sympa, les espaces communs sentent bon. Le design de la chambre est parfait. HĂ©las, la propretĂ© de la chambre laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer. Il y avait des acariens les deux derniĂšres fois oĂč j’y suis allĂ© (avec dĂ©mangeaisons), ce qui est dĂ©testable. Peut-ĂȘtre est-ce dĂ» Ă  la moquette dans les Ă©tages et dans la chambre. J’ai signalĂ© ce fait les deux fois mais je n’ai jamais Ă©tĂ© recontactĂ©. DĂ©cevant.

price like for a hotel but standard of an apartment, the room was not clean, you have to constantly press the code to the door, elevator and room - which is inconvenient, there is no room cleaning, the main plus is a comfortable bed, there was a fridge, a safe, the room was quite large, nicely decorated

This is a self service hotel without any cozyness or nice vibe. Cold and unpersonal. It was a complicated check-in where you have to scan passport and send verification codes and use What's App to do things. I hated it! There is a front door without a window and then you get in to the stairs case or elevator. But you get nowhere without completing the digital check in. No personal at the hotel to ask or get help from. We got a room without any windows where you could look outside, instead there were in the cealing. The bed was way too soft and the double bed had a joint in the middle, hurting the back if you slept in the middle of the bed. Not nice for a couple. The hair dryer did not work and it smelled from burned plastic. It took 10-15 minutes of constant flushing to get hot water in the shower. It was a circulation outside the hotel where people were racing with screaming tires the first night and people shouting loud for several hours the second night. Not such a nice neigbourhood. And the breakfast were served at another address. And it was not even a good one. Terrible hotel experience! But the rooms looked clean and the bathroom as big. That was the only positive things with the hotel. I would never go back.

Awful. I was supposed to get a code sent the day before with how to check in (I didn't know this). I couldn't get in to the hotel and they don't have anyone on sight, so I had to figure it out with them over whatsapp - this took at least 45 minutes. Your code to get into the hotel, use the elevator and get into your room is the same code, which means anyone standing behind you who is even slightly paying attention, knows exactly how to get into your room. Additionally, the room has no interior lock, so if someone does get your code, your safety is at risk. Lastly, their luggage lockers werent working, and again, they only converse over whatsapp, so after 2 hours of bad directions and bad communication, and two different locker locks from their staff since the first ones didnt work, I finally got my luggage. Poor, poor experience. Would never use this hotel or affliliated hotel again. So mucch of my vacation and data went to sitting seound on a whatsapp chat.
