Nice pillows and great breakfast

Great quiet room with amount of luxury. Definitely great breakfast with personal touch. Centrally located. Friendly staff.

Always my #1 hotel in Brussels

Was glad to find a good winter deal on this great hotel. Warm, impeccable rooms, good location, overall positive feel. Looking forward to next stay.

Disappointed with this boutique hotel. Basic things missing - no hotel reception on arrival so have to sit and wait to be welcomed/check in, no dressing table in the room and hardly any wardrobe space for 2 people, no sink in the same room as the toilet and breakfast choice very limited and seem to have to ask for everything. Overpriced for standard of accommodation offered!

We were on the 5th floor that had small really high windows so it was a bit depressing. Otherwise room was comfortable with contemporary features.

The hotel is overall nice but the rooms are quite small. Service was good and the staff were helpful. The location is good for the grand place. One thing that I found very bothersome was that kitchen smells constantly drifted into my room. I was awakened at 4 AM every morning by the smell of breakfast cooking. One day they burned the breakfast and the smell of burnt food was intense at the very early hours of the morning.

Our favourite hotel with wonderful staff

We stay in a lot of 4 star hotels in Europe and this is our all time favourite. From the lovely welcome onwards, staff went out of their way to make our stay the very best it could be. They gave us a glass of wine and a cake on my birthday, without me even mentioning it. Breakfast was excellent with personal service and, once again, a desire to provide what we wanted. Location is excellent and very quiet. The hotel is also very quiet and peaceful.

Comfy hotel, great staff (the women were great)

We had great service. When we realized I lost my purse at the train station, cheyanne was exceptional with helping file a report etc Rym was great at giving excellent local restaurants The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We slept great. 10 minute walk to center Only downside is that the restaurant is super expensive and super slow service We would return because of the comfort and service by Cheyanne and Rym

We choose this hotel as it listed Room Service and that is critical for us. Upon arriving they only have limited snack and breakfast room service. We could not get a meal is our room and that and the size of the room was disappointing. Our interactions with the staff was great..

Fabulous!

From the moment I arrived the staff at Pillows were an absolute delight. They offered me a glass of wine and sat me down to check me in. They bought food to me when I ordered stuff from outside the hotel. The breakfast staff were very attentive and friendly and over all the stay was lovely. The bed was also soooo comfortable. I’d stay again 100%.

Great hotel with quick access to downtown Brussels. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Unique check-in experience and a cozy hotel. The rooms are also modern and designed well. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.
