Amazing location so close to train and tram and the city. Beautiful condition and amazing views and such a great price staff are always bailable to help even at midnight when I arrived. Enjoyed every second of our stay. Pictures are after the stay so not as presentable

This was a good stay very standard but clean and nothing wrong, area is abit dodgy with people stealing but nothing really to worry about if u keep your stuff safe on you but overall perfect for us group of lads that were watching the football

Amazing

Huge spacious apartment for 6 friends, came with a spacious balcony which made our trip as the sun was shining the whole time. Beds and towels were clean. 15 minute walk into the centre which we did not mind and used like scooters / just walked it. Extremely worth the price.

It’s fine for a 1-2 night stay. It’s close to the city center and some great landmarks. Only thing as a young woman solo traveler is that it felt really unsafe. There is a lot of garbage, graffiti, and homeless people surrounding the hotel. However, the staff was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. Just a very very run down building and unsafe area.

Good for families

It’s a good place to stay solo or with family. I had an issue with the WiFi at the apartment, but they managed to provide it by other means. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Brussels.

Okay for the price!

The room is okay — it has a small kitchen and a mini fridge, which is convenient. However, the bed is uncomfortable; you can feel the coils shifting every time you move. The bathroom is spacious with good water pressure. The internet connection is very poor. The location is close to Midi Station and just minutes from many tourist spots, but the surrounding area is quite dirty.

Two Days in Brussels

Very pleasant stay in Brussels. Extremely quiet building with friendly and helpful staff members Only a 15-minute walk to the historic center of Brussels. The neighborhood made me feel like I was back in the Middle East amongst friends.

The hotel has a few positives — it was clean, and the location is very convenient to the train station and the center of Brussels. However, there were several serious downsides to our stay. The blow dryer and TV didn’t work at all, the mattress was uncomfortable (you could feel the springs), and the window next to the bed had no blinds, leaving us completely exposed to a busy street — which felt uncomfortable. The surrounding neighborhood also felt a little sketchy, which might make it less of a solo hotel On top of all that, reception had very limited hours, so it was impossible to reach anyone for assistance with these issues during our stay.

Good Location

The stay was good, and the location is close to the main attractions of the city. However, there were a few issues. The sliding door did not lock, which is a significant security concern. Fortunately, there was another door with a lock that we used to secure ourselves at night. Additionally, the center table had a piece of wood sticking out, which could be a tripping hazard for guests. Lastly, the single sofa needs to be replaced, as the leather is peeling off and creating a lot of debris.

The inside of the flat is nice, it’s very spacious so that was good. There were amenities like a fridge but no kettle/coffee machine. It’s a short enough walk to Midi station but it’s not an especially pleasant area. Close to the tube station to get further to the centre but we walked it and that was a short distance. Good if you need to be on that side of town.

This place is terrible. Sure the room was spacious and it's located in a great city area but this place is god awful. Unless you're in a desperate situation go to another hostel in the city. This morning the elevator didn't work and I almost missed my ride. NOPE.

The apartment was perfect for our Belgium trip. Only about 10 to 15 minutes from the city center of Brussels and a 10 minute walk to the train station Bruxelles-Midi, it was the perfect location for us. The bed was not the most comfortable one and the wifi wasn't working for our entire trip (we reported the problem and they said they were working on fixing it but it didn't work). For 1 1/2 days the elevator wasn't functioning and we had to take the stairs to the 5th floor, for us it wasn't a problem though but it might impose challenges for some. Other than that the price for the accommodation was really good for our needs, we liked it:)

The Spaces of the apartaments are great. But they are not well cleaned. Curtain were really messy, bathdroom not well cleaned. Bedshits and towels were clean We found a spider rope and screws on the floor. Neighbourhood is not the best area even though we were at 15 min from downtown

Quite a bit of room for improvement

Did not receive checkin mail, no checkin instructions and did not receive any answers when messaging. Had to call them (but the numbers given were different between hotels.com and the signs on the building). Overall pretty stressful. The building was nice, and the overall look of the apartement was also good. But the bed was very worn out (could feel the springs in my back), the bath tub had no stopper so could only be used as a shower, a window was partially repaired letting a lot of noise in and the wifi did not work.

Elevators broke suddenly without prior notice!

Everything was fine in terms of room condition and cleaniness. Until the check-out time where I was on the 6th floor and had 2X20Kg bags. All elevators broke down! I wanted to catch the bus so I carried them all down by myself. This is very terrible thing to happen! At least they should have mentioned earlier that all elevators will stop!

We had one problem, which was that the balcony door in the apartment was broken, so we had to go out to the balcony from the bedroom window. And the towels were few, not enough for one day out of a total of six days. Other than that, everything was very good 😊

Overall, it worked for me, close to public transit and very spacious. I don't like that the staff does not clean the room while you are there and that the front desk hours are 10am to 6pm (Belgium culture), I arrived later than that and had no clue on how to retrieve my key or how to get in to the first door, which does have a number code entry. Thankfully some girls were coming in and they informed me on how they retrieved there info, via email which I did find and I was able to get in. So if you are coming after hours please make sure to check your email for front door code and box code to retrieve your key.

The Check in is very late, at 16h. Even though, the flat was not clean and ready until 17.30. The reception staff was not very friendly and looked bothered by any question. The flat itself is good, there is enough space and equipped with basic kitchen utensils. However, it needs an upgrade. The heater in the bathroom is hanging on 1 screw. There are no soap dispensers that work. There is only soap, and no shampoo. Area is not the fanciest, but I didn't find it very bad either. Very close to train station and close to the city center. Walking distance to the city center.
