The flat was well situated. The area around the entrance was messy and I was sent two different entrance codes, first one which I printed and brought, then another which I saw, when I failed to enter with the first one. So I took some time entering. The place itself was quite worn, with tapestries coming off, in need of paint, and it didn't have the exclusive look and feel from the photos. The sink was leaking in the bathroom. It was clean, though and quiet during the night.

Need a maintenance

The apartment was in bad condition, need a maintenance, the wallpaper was in poor condition, there were no nightstands in one bedroom, the sink was clogged, one bathroom didn't have mirror, the pillows were very bad and you have to go up to the third floor by the stairs with your suitcases. The location was fantastic, steps from the metro and the historic center

The place smelled of smoke. Nails in the floor were sticking up and could have cut a foot. Found hairs on the bed linen. The wallpaper was peeling.

The property was great and it is well located. It was very comfy for us as a party. It has air conditioner. The bathroom was divided: the shower and a sink was inside the master bedroom and the toilet and other sink was at the entrance of the apartment. Be aware that has no washer machine. This was a con for us since we were traveling hoping form city to city. However, it was not listed as an amenity.

Dirty, old, stinky, moldy, and overall scary place to be. Communication is horrible, and host knowledge of the problem with mold and smell but refuses to move us or refund us. Stay away, especially if yiunhabe kids or any kind of allergies.

The property is very well located in terms of access to central Brussels. However, it lacks any form of functioning heating. Though we complained about this on the first day of our stay, no action was taken to rectify it. Additionally, there was mould in the bathroom as there was no way to open any windows. The entrance of the property was very untidy, with lots of empty boxes. The sofa bed was stained.

Door handle falling off and breaking on front door lock. Difficult time walking stairs and hauling luggage. Stairs very steep. Should be more descriptive in details about the property. No screens on the windows. Child safety issue and bugs.

If you want to have a bad time, rent this apartment!! The apartment urgently requires a complete renovation, the doors are deteriorated, it has old towels and furniture, etc. Access from the street is completely unsafe, as absolutely anyone is able to freely go into the building. Apart from this, the communication and attention from the property owner is terrible, as they offered anything but a solution for the complaints.

The Smartflats City - Royal stay is located in a perfect zone but the stay itself is a nightmare. The entrance to the building is dirty, there is a very narrow staircase, no elevator. In the flat, I have never seen a parquet floor so scratched. All the walls are damaged, the apartment does not at all conform to the photograph in the ad. No television, no microwave, no washing machine, no real broom, nothing to hang the laundry on. The bedside lamps are very damaged. A nightmare.

Top location, bad condition

While the apartment has potential we were terribly disappointed as the pictures did not reflect the condition of the place at all. We had a big hole in the bathroom door, as someone likely panicked due to the fact that the door does not open unless you are really strong once you close it. The toilet was so small that you can hardly sit in the room. The beds were all crocket, the matrasses bad, the dishwasher was rusty, and the wallpapers torn off. Really, at the price this place was offered, there should be enough budget to fix things every now and then.
Supports for getting the bed somewhat straight. Not done by us, but came as part of the "experience" :)
Lovely stains in the toilet, luckily the toilet is so small and dark that you won't spend much time looking at it.

Træt og slidt lejlighed med god placering. Wifi virker ikke, defekt belysning flere steder i lejligheden - badeværelset havde en standerlampe oven på spejlet., skyl knapper på wc defekt, vandhane i køkkenet utæt, mug i fuger i køkken og bad. Håndtag var løst så man kunne ikke lukke til badeværelset. Trænger til en renovering

Lo único bueno la ubicación. Por lo demás un horror. Sucio, mantenimiento lamentable, todo viejo y roto. El baño no tenía luz y en su lugar había una lámpara de mesa en el suelo. Intentamos contactar con el alojamiento para que nos dieran una solución pero ni contestaron. Sábanas con manchas y pelos. Puertas que no cierran, goteras de humedad... El peor sitio en el que me he alojado y a un precio carísimo. En el piso de arriba fiesta todas las noches que hacía imposible dormir. No se lo recomendaría a nadie.

Fine if you don't forget the code :-)

Big, too floor airy appartment with two double beds. Simple modern one with beautyful wooden pieces of roof construction. Fully equipped (only haven't seen iron). Fine location, relatively calm and easy to access. No window was possible to open (even in the bathroom), only terrace door. I haven't use much of equipment cause I busy outside. Don't forget your code otherwise you stay outside (no reception neither key)!

Das Appartment ist ziemlich abgewohnt und braucht dringend eine Renovierung, das schlimmste ist aber, das die Fenster nicht isolieren, man hört die ganze Nachtcden Strassenlärm, gut ist aber die Lage.

The location is great, Near metro station. Can go to central by walk ard 20-30mins. There is no elevator/ lift, so you need to use the stair which is narrow. It may be too difficult to take big baggae to do up/down stairs. The room is clean. But the most I am not satisfied with is the HOT WATER. There is a big water tank which means you cannot enjoy hot water shower one by one because you cant predict when the hot water is run out! My friends and I arrived the first day, when my friend is the second one having the shower, there is no hot water suddenly, she need to bare a very cold water to finish the shower!!!!

Lati positivi: L'appartamento è situato in una zona molto centrale e comoda sia per visitare la città che per raggiungere la stazione centrale. è molto ampio e sono a disposizione dell'ospite anche le istruzioni per utilizzare i vari elettrodomestici (bollitore, etc.). All'arrivo vengono dati te e caffè per una notte. L'appartamento è ben riscaldato. Lati negativi: la porta d'ingresso dello stabile è rotta e incollata con dello scotch e all'ingresso è circondato di spazzatura. L'appartamento in sè è mal tenuto; nelle camere non vi è buon odore, le pareti e i mobili sono tutti rovinati. La porta del bagno è rotta ed è possibile solo socchiuderla. Il bagno con il water è in una stanzino a parte (all'ingresso) sprovvisto di finestre e impianto di ventilazione. Nel complesso dà l'impressione di essere stato un appartamento da festino di adolescenti. Tutto sommato accettabile per un paio di notti (ma non ci tornerei).

Nice Apartment style accommodations, close to Metro stop, close to large parking garage, conveniently located near center of city, clean and spacious at reasonable rate. A lot of narrow stairs to the upper units.

Zentrale Wohnung

Sehr gut gelegen, man kann alles erlaufen, die Metro in zwei, das Zentrum in 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Einige Einrichtungen scheinen etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein, machen aber ihren Dienst. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiter empfehlen.
