"The check in process was so annoying and long it gave me a bad impression. When people come early and leave their bags, do the paperwork at that time, so all they have to do is collect keys. We waited in A huge queue at 3. No one was happy. That said, location was great. Safe and clean hotel."

"This hotel is really well located. We loved the coffee bar opposite, and chose that for our breakfasts. The hotel is fine but could be more warm in its welcome. Also, much more thought could be put into the rooms, to make them more user-friendly. Some hooks on backs of doors, shelves etc would be really helpful for storage. Even the bedside tables were too small to be really useful."

"The air conditioning system needs repair, so I recommend you stay elsewhere during hot days. My family had 3 rooms. Two of the rooms had some cooling, but the air conditioner fan noise was terrible. It made a loud grinding noise that was not the normal whoosh sound of a fan. The third room had no cooling and a loud obnoxious fan noise."
