"It can be a good guesthouse, if they can get the right management in. The manageress is very arrogant, rude and unhelpful, and should not work with people, let alone in hospitality, working with different nationalities and people from all walks of life. No coffee in the room, only two teabags, and if you ask for more you are told to fetch it yourself. Its a big guesthouse but empty, whilst all other guesthouses in the area are fully booked. You can decide why.. they also dont upgrade you, even...
