"Called eight times and waited almost 2 hours for someone to check us in. Called corporate twice and was hung up on without ever being answered. Property view was gorgeous. Unfortunately, we won't ever be able to enjoy it as we won't be returning. We were told by another person staying there that the only way to get anyone to answer is by calling the police. I am happy to report that we did not do that."
