The room looked good at first glance, then you noticed some things. The mattresses were rock hard, luckily we were only there for one night but it was not a good nights sleep. There was no soap or shampoo despite there being dispensers. It was super noisy, all night from all directions making it even harder to sleep. The apartment could have been a lot cleaner had too, I got the sense that the apartment had been empty for a long time and it had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Overall would not recommend, the only good side was the staff. They were very friendly and attentive.

Everyone at this hotel was so nice so helpful everybody from the bell guy to the front desk guy to the waiters in the restaurant and everything. Just everyone was so nice.

The Hotel Buena Vista is well located and within an easy walk to many restaurants and shopping. Our room faced the street but the building was quiet. The rooftop pool is refreshing and offers views of the surrounding area. Front desk staff were very welcoming.

Hotel Buena Vista

Stayed for 3 days, check-in was fine, access to suite was via lift to 2nd floor but the you have to traverse the building and then go back down a floor via stairs, while the porter did carry the bags, not ideal, no other access. The suite had a spacious living area, but the kitchen area had no functional equipment, and the bedroom was small and the bathroom very small, given the overall size of the suite these could have been bigger, the bedroom was the only room with air con, and it was noisy but functional on full power. There was also a fan in the main living area, but only half worked and very noisy. There were some hairs in the bedroom and the bathroom cold fawcett fell off in hand, shower unit needs deep clean. Given the budget is was OK, just need a better clean, however the two main problems were poor Wi-Fi which I needed for work, 2nd day it did not work in the morning so walked to another hotel to work. But the major problem is noise during the day and night, some windows are only covered by gauze to allow air circulation, but this means the street noise is very loud until 2 or 3 in the morning. There is a pool but cold and very small on rooftop. The restaurant is basic but functional, food is adequate and inexpensive, staff are friendly and nice. stay was ok but not best experience, I would struggle stay again.

Mucho ruido. La habitación la ubicaron en un piso en obra en donde martillaron constantemente. Además las puertas suenan terrible al abrir y cerrar y dificultan el descanso. El aseo muy bien, las duchas deberían tener más presión, no hay como colgar toallas, tampoco hay perchero. La cama excelente. Excelente la comida del restaurante y la atención de meseros y personal de esa dependencia. El personal de recepción y botones debe mejorar la actitud frente al huésped, hace falta amabilidad e iniciativa para ofrecer servicios del hotel, hace falta cortesía sobretodo de uno de los botones que no muestra iniciativa para servir. Hace falta un buen café, cafetera en la habitación ejecutiva. Hace falta un lugar propicio para hacer reuniones de trabajo que se vea ejecutivo. Falta sauna y turco, los que están en el spa externo al hotel no me parecieron de buena calidad, el tiempo limitado y con valor adicional, lo que es una desventaja frente a otros hoteles del mismo rango de tarifa.
