"What was supposed to be a gorgeous boutique luxury stay turned into a nightmare when I spotted a few baby bugs in my bed. The next day I found an adult bedbug and blood stain, so I barely slept. When I reported this to the owner, he ridiculed me and accused me of bringing them.
