The room was clean when I arrived and ready to go, so no need to deal with anyone at check-in. Worth knowing, though, there's no reception desk. If you need anything, you have to reach staff through chat.
My main frustration: the elevator was out of order, and they put me on the 5th floor. No heads-up about it at all. Hauling luggage up five flights wasn't fun.
The kitchen has the basics, but no tea or coffee is supplied, so you'll need to bring your own if you want a cup of tea. The bed squeaks every time you shift, even slightly not great for light sleepers. And the bathroom floor was slippery with no proper mat.
It was fine for the price, but I wouldn't say it was anything special.
