The room was clean when I arrived and ready to go, so no need to deal with anyone at check-in. Worth knowing, though, there's no reception desk. If you need anything, you have to reach staff through chat. My main frustration: the elevator was out of order, and they put me on the 5th floor. No heads-up about it at all. Hauling luggage up five flights wasn't fun. The kitchen has the basics, but no tea or coffee is supplied, so you'll need to bring your own if you want a cup of tea. The bed squeaks every time you shift, even slightly not great for light sleepers. And the bathroom floor was slippery with no proper mat. It was fine for the price, but I wouldn't say it was anything special.

J'attends plus en termes de qualité des intérieurs

L'appartement est propre, la cuisine est bien équipée. Mais - le robinet de l'évier de la cuisine se désassemble - le poignée du robinet reste dans votre main lorsque vous l'utilisez. Dans la salle de bain, des améliorations sont nécessaires concernant l'état des sanitaires - on voit des traces de fuites d'eau fréquentes, la porte de la douche a des cadres rouillés et ne peut pas se fermer, le couvercle de la toilette est cassé et a été "cosmétique" en collant une feuille de papier. L'allée d'accès au bâtiment n'est pas toujours nettoyée des divers déchets. Ces défauts diminuent les avantages de l'emplacement, le concept de l'appartement et la gentillesse du personnel d'administration. Beaucoup de ces défauts nous les avons également constatés lors de nos précédentes séjours, il semble qu'aucune réparation n'ait eu lieu ces dernières années. Tout cela rend difficile la recommendation à d'autres clients.

first the communication was very bad , i ask for blanket or extra sheet , they rejected because it was warm outside after al long conversation about it that they finally accepted to bring blanket , they told as every four days they send housekeeper to clean and replace the towel , bring tolilet paper, but they didnt . so at the end we were shocked.

1. This is probably an Expedia problem of not having separate categories, but it's a 24 hour help line not a 24 hour front desk. 2. Did not get check in instructions before showing up at property. They may have tried to text me directly, my sim card is a little sketchy with texts, but they should have emailed as well/instead. I did get a message to scan documents in my email, I don't know why they wouldn't use same method for check in instructions. Only hotel this has happened to me at of the half dozen or so with a similar system I have stayed at. 3. As mentioned earlier it's a help line not a front desk. When I texted the number I got an away message that the number was only manned from 0900 to 1900 and to email outside those hours. The email bounced back undeliverable. They did get back to me outside those hours at 2000 and 2100 so I don't know if they just switched over how they were operating and haven't updated yet, but it was 10 minutes of panic thinking I was going to have to figure out a new hotel last minute on a half dead phone. Outside of the check in issues everything was good . The room itself was really nice, the location was pretty good. The view was great.

The apt was large and clean. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds comfortable. Access was relatively easy when we googled the street and building before we arrived. Grocery store next door very handy. One small complaint no sink or tub plugs anywhere. Bring your own.

Very nice apartment, easy to reach by metro and Tram. Tram stop only a 2 minute walk from apartment. Was given very clear instructions by host on how to check in. It was good that check in was at 2pm and check out not until 12pm so had a bit of time to relax. Apartment kitchen was fully equiped with microwave and kitchen.

Large bright clean room. Drainage problem in the shower was not fixed for 2 days despite request. Communication stopped after payment. No instructions for air conditioning on a 35 degrees day. Vacation

Nice location, near was bus stop which has straight route to the main railway station. Also tram stop was not far away. Very good grocery next to hotel. There were much more space than normal hotel room. Hotel keep communication with messages which worked very well. Hotel was peaceful because tourist season had not yet been started but also we didn't hear trafic noise. Good value of money as it was quite cheap.
