"Sargassum is a real thing, do not stay here if Sargassum is high. Facility is nice, room is really nice. Some of the staff are incredible, some are not overly motivated which really hurts the vibe. Could use grounds keeping attention. Lastly skip the restaurant. The service is terrible. Could use an injection of Jimmy Buffett. Seemed strangely missing. Happy to discuss thoughts with upper leadership."

"This is one of the worst resorts I have ever stayed in, the property was on a hill, no elevators, the staff didn’t even tell us where the stairs were, we were told our room was garden view like Hawaii and we had a few trees with a parking lot view, the beach area was small and pretty unusable, the food was expensive and not very good, the staff were completely unhelpful, they changed our room to an ocean view that was again the parking lot with a very slight view of the ocean in the distance,...
