"Beautiful property, really clean and perfect little breakfast in the fridge in room. Lovely texts from Arden to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. Rooms would benefit from some black out curtains to complement the lovely blinds, however there was a sleep/eye mask provided which was appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, felt very comfortable and safe as a single female traveler."

"The hotel is lovely with vey good choice of breakfast the rooms were very clean and modern. The staff were very friendly And nothing was too Much for them The hotel is set by the river and it vey scenic there is beautiful pathway for long stroll by the river ."

"We had a lovely spontaneous stay here. We were drawn to the spa facilities but due to the specified times for children (wise) we werent able to fit it in to our schedule this time. Check in was brief (fine) but lacked warmth, however, we understand there were a few events happening later on that evening (not that we heard anything from our room - another big tick!!!) Chef catered to dietary needs with such professionalism and really listened to our request - he was also so friendly and attentive, even checked in on us the next morning. Thank you that was really appreciated and we would come back for this. Decor was lovely especially in the restaurant area, and from what we saw of the spa area. Public areas appeared to be looked after. Room could have done with a deeper clean - found cobwebs and thick dust/dirt around the fridge, vents, areas of the bathroom and on the shower head. The 'view' was also out the back over some bins which was a shame but for our short stay not an issue. We both found the bed quite uncomfy, although we are aware different mattresses are personal preference. Easy parking, and attentive staff, with great access, food and facilities. Thanks."

"Slightly surprised to be given an accessible room as this was not booked but only one night so no worries. Room and facilities all excellent but bed had not been made properly and had to redo duvet cover. Supper in the Box Bar was fine and service good. Will definitely return if attending an event at Silverstone again."

"Beautiful grounds and building, and well appointed, spacious rooms. Staff were generally very friendly, though some were on the less attentive side. Food was good though dinner was a little on the pricey side. Spa was nice enough but the fresco murals are very dated/the whole spa could do with a bit of a refresh."
