"Excellent location. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. The room I stayed is big and comfy. I recommend this hotel to anyone who want to explore Vienna city. It is short walking distance to Opera/ Hop on Hop off bus tour and Stephansplatz. "

"There are a lot of stairs when you go in. You can avoid them by entering the hallway to the north, go to the 5th floor and wind around to the elevator. We had trouble checking in. Mostly my fault. "

"今回5日間宿泊しました。 宿泊前のチェックインの確認から、滞在中も大変丁寧な対応で安心して宿泊できました。 交通の便、立地もとても良く、部屋も広くてとてもきれいで大満足でした。 キッチンに食器、冷蔵庫、オーブンレンジがあるので、簡単な食事はできますが、調味料等が無いので、きっちりとした料理は難しいと思います。 キッチンペーパーか台拭きなどがあると良かったです。 地下に洗濯機、乾燥機もあり、有料ですが、助かりました。 洗面所は広くて快適でしたが、シャワールームから水が出る、洗面所の水道の水が洗面台に出てしまうなど小さな気になる点はありました。 とはいえ、ウィーンに来た時は是非また宿泊したいおすすめホテルです。"

Grand parc du Prater juste à côté. Petit dejeuner avec un large choix et le tout de qualité. Service accueillant et impeccable. A recommander. "

"Ottimo Hotel...metro a due passi...tra l'altro la linea uno ( rossa) che attraversando quasi tutta la citta, è molto comoda.A 50 metri un supermercato molto fornito (Billa)...e proprio di fronte un ottimo caffe/bistrot per ottime colazioni."
