"今回5日間宿泊しました。 宿泊前のチェックインの確認から、滞在中も大変丁寧な対応で安心して宿泊できました。 交通の便、立地もとても良く、部屋も広くてとてもきれいで大満足でした。 キッチンに食器、冷蔵庫、オーブンレンジがあるので、簡単な食事はできますが、調味料等が無いので、きっちりとした料理は難しいと思います。 キッチンペーパーか台拭きなどがあると良かったです。 地下に洗濯機、乾燥機もあり、有料ですが、助かりました。 洗面所は広くて快適でしたが、シャワールームから水が出る、洗面所の水道の水が洗面台に出てしまうなど小さな気になる点はありました。 とはいえ、ウィーンに来た時は是非また宿泊したいおすすめホテルです。"

"The train station is just a few meters away, that was great. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast is nice. They have fresh bread, there are lots of options for teas, coffee, juice, and they have lots of fresh fruits, veggies, deli meats, smoked salmon, soups, eggs, bacon...the works. Just a heads up that the front desk staff was a bit weird about me asking them to clean my room the morning of. Something very unusual for a hotel. They do have a system of requesting it the night...

"The room was very spacious and staff very courteous. There are a couple of dinner places around the hotel. The area felt very safe. There are multiple metro stations nearby."
