"The motel was easy to find, the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s within walking distance of the Main Street which was great. The room was clean and inviting."

"Parking was easy, as was check in. The room was clean (extremely dark because of all the brick, but ok) and shower was good. The smell of the air freshener that had been used was so strong it was making us feel very ill. It seemed like it would have been clean enough not to have to cover any smells so my suggestion is to get rid of the chemical air freshener. We couldn’t wait to get into the fresh air!"

"Room had a strong unpleasent odour. Really bad Stained carpet. No tea coffee, sugar or milk. Air con was hardly keeping room cool. No extra pillows or blankets. Room wasnt secure. No locks on window could be opened husband had to search area outside for wood to place in window to secure room. Large Spiderwebs in room. Bathroom unlevelled floor and taps that drip.loudly. Motel outside areas overgrown and not clean or well maintained. No one on site. Very expensive for what it was. Only postive...

"Very happy with the room and being so close to all what I needed, would certainly stay there again"

"Well located near the SS&A Club and easy walking to Dean Street. The receptionist was very accommodating advising me to put the heater on as soon as I arrived at the room and at the same time offering me a late check out because she knew I was catching the train that leaves after 12:00 noon. The room was serviced properly the next day. The motel is a little dated especially the bathroom but everything you needed was there and in my opinion it was good value for the money I paid."

"Good for one night. Bathroom needed an update. Vanity basin had laminei lifting around the hand basin. A few cracked tiles around the bath. Easy to find off the Hume highway. "

"Always a great stay in Albury! This time round was construction on so site was able to see through our window - no sheer curtains available so blockout blinds were used which meant it was constantly dark - no natural light. Hotel has always been great to stay in otherwise, Hopefully our next visit will be without minus the construction there."
