"Rosewood San Miguel de Allende is absolutely stunning and one of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever stayed at. The architecture, grounds, and attention to detail are flawless — every corner of the hotel feels like a postcard, and the service is truly top-tier. The rooms are elegant, quiet, and incredibly well maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels both luxurious and very authentic to San Miguel.
The rooftop views, pools, and common areas are all next level — honestly, I would rate the property itself 20 stars if that were possible. The staff is attentive, professional, and makes the entire stay feel seamless from check-in to check-out.
That being said, I would strongly recommend not eating at the hotel for meals other than convenience. The food is noticeably underwhelming compared to what you can get just outside the property in San Miguel. The city has incredible restaurants and local cuisine, and the hotel’s dining simply doesn’t match that standard. It’s fine in a pinch, but it does not reflect the same level of excellence as everything else on the property.
Overall, this is a must-stay hotel for the experience, the beauty, and the service — just plan to eat most of your meals in town where the food scene is far superior."
