John got stung overnight while sleeping by something other than mosquitoes and the welts lasted more than a week. the mattress was too hard. There were no cooking utensils (wooden spoon or spatula) and no utensils so we ate with our fingers…

Do not recommend this place

The place is just like the pictures. BUT bad communication. The place does not have “parking included” as the website shows, after i got there i asked for the parking and the security guy who is the one that gave me the key (because the owner is never there) told me that the parking is not included and he asked to the owner and she said that i have to pay extra for it, even tho she does not answer my calls. I did not have other option but pay ten dollars a day. They did not give me a control for you to open the gate. You have to wait for security to open but sometimes they are not there. They made a crash in my car with the gate cuz they closed it before i get my car completely out of the parking lot. I had to extend my visit in BA so I asked her for one day extension and she was charging me more than 2 times the price a i have pay at the first time for a day... that day i looked on the website and the night was in the same price still. So i booked in another place. I Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! there are bunch of places like this with a better service and communication.

NO LO RECOMIENDO, no se queden en este lugar.

NO LO RECOMIENDO, espero nadie reserve en este lugar. Tuve que esperar afuera del edificio más de media hora porque nadie estaba esperándome, mientras tanto marcaba al celular que aparece en la reserva y correo de voz. Cuando abrío el encargado que ya me había visto afuera sin hacer nada, le dije que había alquilado por una noche y me dijo no tener conocimiento. En ese momento llamó a la dueña quien le avisó que yo iba a llegar. En ese momento llamo a la dueña para saber el porque no puedo entrar aun, por fin me atiende el celular y me dice que el encargado me dará las llaves. Luego de casi una hora en esto, entro al apartamento y está totalmente sucio, las paredes, el piso y ventanas llenas de polvo, pero lo peor fue el baño que se notaba no lo limpiaban hace tiempo y literalmente estaba con orines en la tasa del baño. Ya me parecía terrible, pero adicional no le funcionaba internet, el estacionamiento era pago aparte no incluido en la tarifa. La llamo para reclamarle que me vengan a limpiar el departamento y nunca más me atendió el celular. En ese mismo momento me fuí, porque claramente no me quedé esa noche en ese lugar y aún la llamo para que me devuelva el dinero pero no apareció más. La reserca la cobra en el momento por eso no le importa lo que pase después. NO RECOMIENDO QUE SE QUEDEN EN ESTE LUGAR. Las fotos no muestran lo que es.

Primero el dueño del Depto jamás se comunico con migo para brindarme ninguna información, llegue al lugar y me encontré teniendo que esperar casi una hora entre que él seguridad se comunicaba y de ahí me exigía que yo le dé una fotocopia de dni a las 23hs. Me termino pidiendo una foto del dni, lo cual me tuve que comunicar yo con el dueño, de muy malos tratos sin siquiera decirme hola. El lugar no contaba con el aire acondicionado en funcionamiento como tampoco funcionaba la tv,el lugar esta bastante desgastado. Seguido a esto me comunico con el dueño del lugar para comentarle mi disconformidad de lo cuales sólo recibí que esta persona lea mis mensajes y no me responda si quiera unas disculpas, vuelvo a insistir que me diga a dónde podía dirigirme para presentar una queja de que ofrecen un servicio que no se brindo y me responde haciéndose la desentendida, le vuelvo a pedir un lugar para dirigirme hacer una queja y me deja de responder. Ósea desastrosa atención de esta persona muy poco Cortez s la entrada y después lavándose las manos de todos los inconvenientes. No alquilen así no se llevan una mala experiencia como me pasó !!! Saludos

Wir haben keinen Schlüssel von dem Haupteingang bekommen (dieser war nicht besetzt) und waren gefangen, da man ohne Schlüssel weder in oder aus dem Gebäude kommen kann. Die Handtücher, das Bett und die Küche waren in einem ungenügendem Zustand. Der Kontakt des Apartments hat sich geweigert mit uns am Telefon zu sprechen und wir konnten nur per WhatsApp miteinander kommunizieren. Nach der ersten Nacht, haben wir den Aufenthalt abgebrochen und uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Wir wollten an Silvester nicht in einem Apartment gefangen sein! Ich hoffe ich bekomme mein Geld für die nicht genutzten Tage wieder zurück!!!

A nice, quiet studio apartment well located. However, a few things would make this first class. The towels need to be changed more regularly, the blind in the room is broken, it was not as clean as it should have been and the plug for the air conditioning was exposed. Could be exceptional with a little bit of TLC!

Not what it says on the tin

Definitely not as advertised. No toiletries and no cleaning done. The receptionist was mostly not there - usually just a security guard - so there was no one around if help was needed and neither the receptionist or security guard spoke English. The apartment was not very clean. There was dirty and torn furniture and the taps in the kitchen and bathroom we’re not secured to the bench tops. The shower curtain kept falling down so we gave up on it on the end. The wifi was intermittent, with the only reliable reception being in the bathroom. The toaster didn’t work and there was no iron.

Not what we expected

We wanted to book a nice hotel for our last night in Buenos Aires before we were headed back to Europe. We chose BA apartments because it had a swimming pool which is nice in the summer. Even though the apartment is called 'BA apartments', the pictures gave us the impression that this was part of a hotel with a reception, lobby, etc. But there is none of this. Which of course don't have to be a problem. According to the Expedia website we had to pay at the apartment. The apartment contacted us up front that there was a problem with the creditcard (many places in Argentina don't accept Mastercard), but I didn't see the email (I was suffering from food poisoning the days before we left to BA). Fortunately there was an apartment for us, but we had to pay cash and the guy at the lobby didn't have change. Also the guy didn't show us anything like you're mostly used to when renting an apartment. All of this is not a big problem, but it was also not a really relaxing ending of the holiday. Therefore I would not recommend this place, there are so many other nice options in the same area. The apartment itself is pretty ok. Some things could be done better (door stops, more cutlery, etc).
