The hotel property is in the centre of the city, perfect for the first time travellers. Also main attractions are nearby, you get good cafe nearby hotel. Perfect hotel for a family or solo travellers. The breakfast spread is also good. Would love to stay again in this hotel when coming next.

Had the coolest room with a huge window facing the ‘Evita building’. We would stand by the window a few times every day and just look at the traffic and the life down there. Wi-Fi wasn’t the best, but we made it through 😅

Excellent location for a Buenos Aires Stay!

This truly was a boutique hotel. We were located right in the middle of all the activities that you would want to do in Buenos Aires. The room was modern and exceptionally clean. The staff was helpful with directions as well as tending to the baggage before and after check-in.

The Hotel was conveniently situated in the city which I love. I had 2 issues though. Why do we have to pay city tax as a tourist for each day?? and 2, the bathrooms needed proper cleaning. That is my biggest concern that must be rectified ASAP.

This was the perfect location for our 2-day station! Near everything including bus route, restaurants café etc roof top offers a magnificent view of the city! Staff at the desk spoke in English which eased our communication know Spanish a little. I will recommend it to my client as a travel consultant!

Maintain your hotel, serious potential.

Some maintenance would go a long way. Also the bed and pillows were the worst i've had in my 6month long trip. Serious upgrades are needed, bed was insanely hard and unsupportive, woke up several times during the day. Everything about the room was worn out, even setting the a/c to the coldest setting was not really cold. Staff was great, location also.

Nice hotel

At first very impressed with everything and the room was nice! The breakfast was also really good! Although the personal at the restaurant was not very welcoming. The front desk was welcoming, but when I had a problem with the drain and the ventilation in the bathroom, I got no help. I said this to the front desk, but nothing ever happened. So for 3 days I had a horrible smell from the drain in the bathroom and no ventilation in the bathroom at all time, which made it very damp in there, combined with the smell. The bed was a mystery and the right side “dropped” every night, so there was a gap between the beds. Had I been given another room, it had been a clear 10/10.

Very well located. One step out of the hotel your immediately on the biggest road in Buenos Aires which means you can reach basically everything by foot. Nonetheless you don’t really hear the noises in the room. Employees were very friendly eventhough not always up to European politeness. Breakfast was good. Gym is very basic and we didn’t have any towels or water there. The keycards really struggled when using the elevators. That was kind of annoying. Overall a very good stay but there is some room left for optimisations.

Stayed at property for 2weeks. Rooms are very large,quiet and clean. Lots of storage, great view. Staff was very kind. Especially Anna,Angie Fabio. Breakfast nothing fancy. No real gym. Smaller than rooms. Pool area not good. Very small. Not good for swimming or laying out. Very old need of repair. No one ever asked or assisted us with our bags?? That was strange. Close to alot of things. Easy walking. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN WITHOUT BREAKFAST OPTION. We WERE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN EARLY. THAT WAS WONDERFUL AND APPRECIATED AFTER A LONG JOURNEY FROM USA
