"Great staff. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling and they moved me to an upgraded room free of charge. Only caveat is the outside noise. The hotel is located where two uphill roads meet, so all the buses, trucks and motorcycles are very load because they're going uphill in 1st and 2nd gear. Can't really blame the hotel for that, but it can get really annoying. Other than that, the hotel good is great; free Netflix, supermarket right across the road, and walking distance to metro."

"La ropa de cama y toallas no es lo que uno diría impecable. Se veía que había que reemplazarlas. Las habitaciones sumamente pequeñas y el baño muy pequeño. En el vestíbulo no hay ningún tipo de detalle para los huéspedes, como jarras de agua fresca saborizada y en la noche un cafecito o te en recepción. No son los lujos pero si los detalles los que hacen que uno desee regresar. Las ventanas de cristal de las habitaciones demandan un poco de limpieza. Llevamos mas de 10 años visitando...

"I paid for a suite with kitchen. However, the "kitchen" was non existent. No refrigerator (just a cooler), absolutely no knife, and the stove top only had one of the two burners which worked. Oh ....and only one pot which worked with the stove top.
I was completely disappointed. Grocery items which i had purchased spoiled because there was no freezer, cooking even breakfast items became impossible since we only had one pot and one stove burner working."

"Firstly, I want to say a big thank you to all the hotel staff. Many people whose names I can not recall, but they are all above and beyond friendly, helpful, professional and a joy to see every day.
A big thank you to Patricia and Román for always looking after us. Patricia made sure I had enough to eat and took care of my terrible migraine. Paid attention to me every day and I appreciate her very much. Román also ensured that my mother was looked after and that we knew where to go and were...
