"We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! Two reasons for not giving 5 star review are 1. The air vent needs a deflector as it blows directly onto the bed in the room we had and 2. The shower tile was a bit slick and no grab bar. We also would have preferred smaller, more firm pillows - but many people like long fluffy ones. "Breakfast very good started closing up just after 9:30, why??? Had a fire alarm go off around 10 PM. Luckly a false alarm. But much confusion on what was going on. We exited the building. Fire dept arrived. No one from the staff available to tell us what was going on. Alarms stayed on until 1:30 AM. I had to approach the front desk to find out what was going on. I never saw any staff except for 2 people behind the desk. They said they had to call for help to shut the alarm off. "

"If you just need a place to sleep and leave then it’s fine. But it’s dirty and needs major renovations. Staff while friendly was missing and not on property at check in. They don’t have an Expedia computer so they have to call to confirm your renovation. Wouldn’t recommend unless you just need someplace to sleep. It’s in a good area though. Mall is next door"

"I arrived at 10:45 PM with a confirmed reservation. The person at the front desk was counting coins and, when I greeted him and mentioned my reservation, he interrupted me and indicated (with gestures) that I had to wait until 11:00 PM. I waited and returned at 11:05 PM. He assisted me reluctantly, shaking his head and murmuring. After going to my room, I realized the key hadn’t been activated.
