"No toilet paper or towels.... super old property with the oldest comforter and pillows ive ever seen. I just wanted to get outs there."

"So the man that checked us in was just dismissive, told him my name, he didn't say a word, just handed me our door keys and that was it. I said, what room # and how to I get to it, he replied, it's in there and that was it. So behind the keys was a small piece of paper that said it needed to be put in our our car window or we could be towed. "Property was clean and in a great location with restaurants close. Breakfast had a nice amount of choices but the hot items weren't hot enough. Pool nice but no hot tub. "

"Trying to locate the place at night was a bit difficult. Having a lit sign out front would help. The check in staff at night was kind - but I had to ask where to park, where the elevators where, etc. She gave little to no direction. Our room was very spacious and great for the price. However the overflow drain in the sink was covered in black mold, there was pubic hair in the shower, and when we moved the furniture to use the pull out couch there where old check in cards and food crumbs...

"The girl working the front desk was excellent, very professional and did everything she could to assist me with the issues at the motel. First off the television would not work properly which highly irritated me... And their ice machine was broken, The room had some minor flaws nothing that was totally unlivable but just enough to be irritating. Overall my stay was just average with the exception of the lady at the front desk who was exceptional"

"We were unaware of pet fee when booking on expedia, somehow missed the hidden $75 fee. Along with that fee for an our very well behaved, non-shedding dog, we paid an already high amount for a beat up room. There were many damages to the room, dead bugs on the floor, muddy paw prints in the bathroom and sticky tile. Everything else was average and did not seem to add up to our payment for this. The staff was very unflexible and unhelpful with our concerns. We will never stay at a Residence Inn...
