Worst place I've ever stayed.

This was the first time I stayed at a cheap motel and it was indeed that... a cheap motel but worse than I could imagine. Room was cold and reeked of cigarette smoke. Previous guest had left dirty underwear on the floor, it was not removed by the cleaners. Front desk person wasn't there on arrival or departure and phone didn't work. Cable TV also didn't work. Never again!

Everything was well enjoy my stay and then I noticed there was not room service but actually I did not need any everything was pretty much good not a four * I would give it at least a 3-star stay service was overall very good would definitely not mine coming to stay again especially for the low price thanks for your service

I liked nothing, the place looked like a haunted place, it had a terrible smell and some of the amneties weren't working. The bed was uncomfortable but also the staff was not serious at all.

Run Down, creepy crawly..

The manager was very friendly, the rooms are in desperate need of repair. Screen door gets stuck, inside door won't latch because door casing is smashed as well as the door and doorknob. Woke up with bug bites, had to go wash all of our clothes at laundromat to make sure not to take anything home with us.

Owner is very friendly, but..... Room wasn’t ready because all his housekers had been out partying all night the night before and he had to clean it himself. Had a queen bed, but a full sized mattress. And worst of all, we got ate up with bedbugs!

The motel was close to everything we needed. The hotel was rather old. AC compressor kept freezing up. AC only worked sporadically....Door jamb was in need of repairs...very poor locking/security. Mgr./Desk clerk would just linger in our room when he brought fresh towels, etc. He answered his cell phone and just stood around while he was on the phone. I finally had to tell him ‘sir, we’d like our privacy’ so that he would leave. Just a rather creepy man. Motel was inexpensive, so I shouldn’t complain that much. Highly doubtful we’ll ever return there.

Overall it was fine. It was clean and adequate except there was no toliet paper and the tub was stopped up and took forever to drain. Also the sinked dripped. But it was fine for the price.

Wait time was crazy long for the "manager" just being over in a room. It was dirty, unprofessional, and i paid for a nonsmoking room and of course end up in a smoking room. Will not recommend to anyone!

Horrible Hotel.. Stay somewhere else.

This place was horrible.. our room toilet had no door just a torn curtain to close the area. When we ask hotel manager he replied he cant do anything about it. The wash basin was clogged up. The AC was not working seems like it was there just for the room display. This place was not worth of money we paid.

awful experience

room smelled like smoke, very old room, we requested a refund as soon as we booked and they refused to give us our money back so we were forced to stay there. The person who gave us the key was creepy.

Well I have to say that I never been there I just had encounter with one hotel staff that I called when I had to cancel my reservation. It was a case of double reservation caused by Expedia. That person was very nice and helpful. I picked hotel that is offering continental breakfast and Pink fountain doesn't offer that. Andrew

If you're looking to save money, I would recommend this place. It's close to Niagara Falls if that's why you're in the area. I won't give it a perfect score because the room smelled like cigarettes, we had to wait a while for someone to come out to help us with checkin (but I believe it's just one man working there so I guess I can't blame him). Also, we weren't provided with the wifi password. By time I realized, it was already late in the night so I didn't want to disturb. Its worth the price you pay.

It was a horrible stay. Cobb webs dangling from the ceiling dirty socks found by the bed. Carpet smelled. My payment was deducted before I arrived. If it wasn't I would have cancelled.
