Great hotel, staff was very welcoming, our hotel room was very spacious, larger than most hotel rooms, they have a great indoor pool and complimentary breakfast included in the morning. Highly recommended!

I will never ever stay here again!! Internet didn’t work, TV didn’t work, phone cords were cut so as I try to call the front desk I had to lookup a number and call ! Hyatt Regency Buffalo / Hotel and Conference Center
Booked for a quick weekend away. Overall hotel looked lovely but room was below average. There was mold in the bathroom as well as repair work needed in our room. Wrote in issues via Expedia chat but never heard back from hotel.
