"We saw 3 rooms: - I thought i booked room 1 (but i booked 1 room...), but someone else were in this room - the other 2 rooms were the family rooms (i booked one of these) - all 3 rooms' drawers were broken and cupboards doors were loose - some of the rooms' outer doors had punch marks (broken) - no food (breakfast) was served - there was a huge concrete block ontop of a hole at the gate, almost damaged my car - the TV had no remote (and management tools is to work it manually) and was almost impossible to work it manually - the aircon did have a remote and it did go on, but even on cool and swing, it did not blow cool air. - the lamp had no plug on it. - the bed mattress was so old i kept on rolling to the middle, and the other mattresses were also very old All in all very poor experience. - "

"1. Insects galore 2. Wifi was broken 3. TV thus didnt work, 4. Aircon batteries dead 5. only chair in room was broken 6. Shower kept backing up so drainage issues 7. 1 plugpoint 8.Cup for coffee had non existent handle hold, even my pinky couldnt fit into gap 9. Overall play area was neglected( for years) 10. Reception didnt answer the 3 times we called, but eventually WA worked 11. Mostt of the rooms on our block connect onto a large awning, so no views Overall , NOT the best stay"
