"The bed was really comfy with lovely crisp white bedding and I had lovely views of the snow capped Pyrenees at the rear of the hotel.
The staff were very welcoming and willingly assisted with any reasonable requests.
The breakfast was excellent quality and well presented.
Thanks for looking after me "
"Pre hospital visit. Receptionist excellent, but air con didn’t work, but she managed to apply a fix. Bag of food waste outside our ground floor window prevented us from having the window open."
"We arrived late as part of a business trip, the woman at the desk was lovely. We left early, no one was at the desk, we had no clue how to check out and there was an electric gate, which is great for security, but meant we could not leave and wasted about 20 mins looking for a member of staff. Would have been good if someone had mentioned this.
The pillows were very flimsy but it was clean and good otherwise. "
"The hotel is located on a side road in a modest size village. Very little traffic passes so it's not likely to attract passing trade but does mean it's very quiet with no vehicle noise in the rooms. The staff speak good English so communication isn't a problem. The room has a balcony with views of the mountains in the distance. Breakfast costs extra but is of high quality. The only issue is the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty but the shower gel provided an alternative."
"Well, the condition and cleanliness and service were good. You have to ask for everything like iron and hair drier. Asked for bed sheet because I was too hot with comforter and they couldn’t help me."
