"Sinceramente, creo que deberían mejorar urgentemente el servicio de limpieza. El primer día la señora ni siquiera limpió la habitación, a pesar de que lo solicité dos veces: una vez en recepción y otra directamente a ella. El segundo día la limpieza fue razonablemente buena, pero el tercer día volvió la misma señora del primer día y apenas hizo la cama. Incluso dejó una toalla tirada en el suelo. Considero que el servicio de limpieza es muy deficiente. Por lo demás, el hotel está bien."

"Great hotel with an excellent location. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and spoke English well, which made our stay very comfortable. We especially appreciated the kindness of all the staff members, including the lady at the breakfast entrance, who greeted guests warmly every morning. Their friendliness and excellent service made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!"
