"Guesthouse Esma is Quiet and safe neighborhood, 10 minute walk to the center of Rovinj with good access to parking. There is a supermarket close by with cheap coffee and breakfast pastry, snacks and food for picnicking at the beach. If you have a car this place has parking, you can hop a car ride to many beaches near Rovinj to enjoy. "I do wish there were clearer instructions for arrival, as there was no indication of which part of the building was the ‘guesthouse’ or where to enter. After walking around aimlessly to each door, the host came out to greet me-afterwhich, everything was fine. There were two guest rooms on the floor, each with its own bathroom off the hall. Off-street parking right in front was nice because the streets are very narrow. Bed could be more comfortable...not sure why, but we both woke up a little...
