We loved staying here and the location was perfect. It was nice and quiet but a very short, scenic walk from the old town. Great swimming behind the hotel and the breakfast was wonderful! Can’t wait to come back!

A great option for a tranquil retreat. The room was spacious, squeaky clean and recently renovated. The balcony chairs in my room could use some love, but let’s be honest, with the beach right by the hotel, who needs the chairs for anything other than letting the swimsuits dry out. Thank you for a beautiful stay. Special thanks to Sandra at the front desk, Jasmine & Maj at the beach bar, who were all very helpful and friendly.

A nice hotel and property, but parking was a mess. You need to park your car about 10 minutes away. They do offer a shuttle, but the public lot is 9 floors and very hectic. It also costs 21 euros per night. The location is good, a nice walk to the main city center that takes about 15 minutes along the water. The breakfast was good. I would recommend staying here again, my only issue was the parking situation. Staff was great!

well, the front desk staff was nice, the rooms are just ok, the restaurant is overwhelmed and we were after the busy season. Of note is the beach area, and the city of Piran to walking distance. the dining area could use some decorating! it feels like a hospital cafeteria, bright white lights included

Great hotel in beautiful sourroundings!

Very nice, modern and clean hotel directly at the beach. 15 minutes walk to Piran. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definetly come back!

Staff were really helpful and the hotel was right on the coast. It rained while we were there so we couldn’t walk into the city, but we were able to arrange pick up and drop off with the hotel shuttle bus. Loved Piran!

The Furniture ist like in a Hardware Store, cheap and worn out. The Bathroom ist old and moldy. They are also many Spider Web in the room and a minibar stand like a vacuum cleaner under the table. Cleanliness is generally terrible. For a daily rqate over 250,00 Euro you can better stay in a Hilton Hotel. Additionally you must pay 21,- Euros für Parkin per day, but not suffiecient Places are on the Hotel Area. We think the Hotel will only make money we the direktly view to teh beach. Please note also, that the sun loungers costs 30,- Euros per day. Our meaning: Rip off. Dont stay in this old Hotel.

L'hotel è in una posizione perfetta, con 20 minuti di passeggiata arrivi nel centro di Pirano (occhio che al ritorno di sera il percorso non è illuminato) e l'accesso diretto al mare. Il parcheggio costa 21 euro al giorno ma non ci sono alternative a meno che non vogliate tornare indietro su una strada molto ripida a senso di marcia alternato... L'arredamento dell'hotel necessita di un netto ammodernamento, ma siamo stati solo una notte quindi non ci è pesato. Un ultima avvertenza per gli ospiti: sul desk della reception c'è la pubblicità "dalle 16 alle 18 se ordini un cocktail, il secondo è gratis" senza specificare da nessuna parte che quello gratis non è a tua scelta ma esiste il cocktail gratis del giorno che è scritto su uno specchio in un'altra stanza.... quindi praticamente invisibile!!! Quindi non fate il mio errore e non cascateci, ma chiedete precisamente le condizioni dell'offerta.

Underbart läge och bra service

Fantastisk service. Läget är underbart precis vid havet. Då det ligger 1 km ifrån Piran passade det oss perfekt, då man på dagarna kunde bada mer avskilt, och sen på kvällarna promenera till Piran för att gå på restauranger och trängas med de andra turisterna.

Nous n'y avons passé qu'une seule nuit mais c'était très bien. Déjà l'emplacement de l'hôtel surprend un peu : on a l'impression d'être dans un tout petit quartier de la ville de Piran (avec quelques établissements hôteliers, des restaurants, des parkings et une plage) que l'on relie à pied le long de la mer. Faites attention en arrivant en voiture, il y a 2 chemins. Si vous suivez Google Maps, il vous emmènera par un chemin très étroit avec voie sans issue annoncée alors qu'il y a bien une issue bien + large de l'autre côté. Le fait que le petit-déjeuner soit compris dans le prix de la chambre est très pratique. Celui-ci est d'ailleurs très bien et varié. Petit bémol : le fait qu'on ait eu une chambre avec porte communicante, ce qui fait qu'on entendait très bien ce qui se passait dans la chambre voisine.
