"Our stay was consistently underwhelming. On arriving at the hotel reception, we were told the glamping pods are only accessible on foot because the chair lifts stop operating early. The hike is a steep, exhausting 20‑minute uphill climb — we were given a map and told to find our own way there. At no point were we informed about this beforehand. After finally reaching the pods, we discovered there was no fridge and no drinking water provided, only the bathroom tap. There were no signs...
