Hotel located in old town. Rooms are nice and clean. Great breakfast in the morning, and very friendly staff. Picked me up late at night at the train station and also arranged my ride to airport.
This hotel understands the needs of travelers who want to stay at this hotel.
The breakfast was good, the room was clean, and the bathroom was comfortable.
The staff was also very helpful.
What a lovely hotel! The rooms and the courtyard were charming. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with multiple sweet and savory options. It was an easy walk to all the major historic sights. And the staff was unfailingly kind and helpful.
The hotel is an interesting old building that is full of character. The dining room is particularly impressive and was a lovely place to start the day with a delicious breakfast. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel is well located only a short walk away from all the main sights.
Great character hotel.
Lovely breakfast.
Great value for money
Hate being overcharged for tourist tax on leaving and having to argue for 15 minutes over a paltry amount. That is not the way a proper hotel treats its guests.
I had the feeling I was the only guest at Khomil in mid-January. Traditional styled through and through from front door to bathroom. The dining hall is particularly impressive.
Pros: Really like the authentic decor - fits well with the overall ambiance of Bukhara. Definitely a boutique lodging!
Staff were very helpful - I was allowed to choose my room, which was a real treat.
Breakfast was a real treat - lots of options, and a pleasant dining experience.
Cons: Some of the structure shows some wear and is in need of upgrading. Nothing major, but things like detached trim, wear spots, etc.
Not their fault, but a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood. It was challenging at times getting out and about.
On the whole, a lovely spot at a good price. I enjoyed it!
Superb hotel, excellent location, very very close to the main sights, great breakfast , very nice service, amazing super great historical oriental vibe and atmosphere! The outside area where you have breakfast is super cosy!! strongly recommend this one when visiting Bukhara!

For the three days I stayed at this hotel, my room had no hot water. I complained multiple times, nothing was done. I was not offered another room. The best thing about this hotel is breakfast, which is served in a nineteenth-century room.
Beautiful historic hotel. great location.
Helpful, friendly staff. The wifi was good in most of the hotel (top floor two rooms maybe a bit spotty). They accomodated a need for strong wifi for an important zoom call by giving me a conference room to use. Two caveats - while the bathroom in our room was beautiful and spacious, it did not have any toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc). And they were cash only, no credit cards, which was not disclosed on Hotels.com.

I arrived with my suitcases and was told there was no room and I was transferred to another hotel, 500M away, the room in new hotel was ok, but not what I had paid for or chosen. I believe I got bumped for a tour, but not expecting this from Expedia hotels.
