•Unclear instructions that upon arrival you would need to call the "agent" for your room.
•Number stated was unreachable, forcing us to call Expedia.sg (calling back to SG = expensive) to get another contact number.
•The service was unacceptable, when we got through to the number that was given to us by Expedia.sg the person was rude and had absolutely no manners asking us "so what you want me to do! " when We only asked where we should go to...
