"Incredible stay at the Mandarin Oriental. The staff were lovely and helpful. Amazing central location and we had a fantastic scenic view of the Petronas towers! The room was spacious. The pool area was also lovely with an amazing view and the gym had a variety of equipment with the sauna, steam room, cold plunge and hot tub! Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting KL! "

"The hotel is really central within a shopping mall. The conciois on the ground floor, regular check in on 1st floor and executive rooms check in on 34th floor. Check was seamless with my luggage taken from me when I arrived at concierge and didn’t see it again until I went ro my room. It was waiting for me! You get a cookie once checked in and if the room is not ready, you can wait or if you’re in executive rooms, asked to wait in the lounge with refreshments. This lounge serves breakfasts...

"Location was brilliant in amongst the forest, lovely beach and pool.The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.We had breakfast included,which was phenomenal so much choice in a lovely setting with fans running to keep us cool .The hotel has a lovely vibe and our chalet in the forest was lovely.They even provided a shuttle golf buggy,to and from your room if you wanted it which was very easily accessed.There was a free afternoon tea provided from 3-5 pm every day."

"The hospitality from Mr. Resh the senior manager on duty is outstanding, he went above and beyond when I got sick and need it to see the doctor, walked me to the clinic and stayed till everything is done and got my medicine and the next day he checked on me, overall the front liner staff at the lobby are very helpful and polity , and I would like to give credit to Housekeeping staff , I didn’t catcher his name but I believe he’s unchanged on 3th floor since my room was 0379 and he’s the one...
