What most stood out however was how genuinely friendly, helpful and lovely all the staff were - from reception to bell boys to housekeepers, restaurant staff and gardeners - a sign of a great place to work?"

Close to Jimbaran beach, with scheduled hotel shuttle bus, nice touch.
