Great value

Beautifull resort in the middle of pictoresque small villages and mountains. Staff was very friendly and the scenery so amazing! Breakfast was simple but good, room and bed very comfy. Would definitely come back if we come to the area again!

The room was ok and everything was clean. What we didn't like was the restaurant since it has only one option per day and closed at 18 Add that would have been nice if the jacuzzi worked because in the rainy days its Impossible to go to the outside pool. Besides that the lift didnt worked also.

Disappointing experience after reading the description of the property. The hotel looked amazing when driving up during the snow. We were not there to ski but staying at the hotel as vising family last minute. Negatives Person on reception spoke little English and the welcome package was limited. No mention of WIFI, leisure facilities, check out time. Restaurant/bar closed at 8pm on a Friday, only able to use leisure facilities between 5pm to 9pm. No reception support after 8pm. Our room (101) was right next to reception/lift/stairs. We asked if we could have another room as it was so noisy, but no support offered. Positives - Breakfast next morning was good though. - Location if skiing is very good (walking) Overall 3-star level hotel with 2-star service & experience.

Poolen var ren och fin. Renovering pågick dock utan att det störde. Lyhört då vi hörde grannen på ovanvåningens väckarklocka och de andra gästerna. Info vid incheckning var här är erat rum annan info delgavs inte tex wifi Vattenkokare finns men inget kaffe eller te. Tvål var inte heller påfyllt. Bubbelpool och ute badpool var inte i bruk. Jättebra frukost mellan 08-10 vilket var lite för sent för vår planning men väl värt att ta en sen start.

Hotel (pensjonat) ładnie położony w widokiem ma Tatry. Natomiast sam obiekt jest już trochę zaniedbany, zdecydowanie brak sensownego managera lub większego zaangażowania właściciela. Część „SPA” to jakiś żart. Baseny w tragicznym stanie, może są otwarte w sezonie zimowym ;d.

Przekochana Obsługa, z dużą cierpliwością do moich dzieciaków. Pyszne śniadanko, panie specjalnie dla dzieci zrobiły naleśniki. Obiady domowe! Dostaliśmy też większy, bardzo wygodny pokój. Strefa Spa nie działała, ale akurat nie z tego powodu wybraliśmy ten obiekt. Świetny widok na Tatry! Chętnie wrócimy :)

There’s nobody in the reception area ever. Always have to ring. No information upon check in. We had cold water in a shower and there was nobody to talk to. Terrible experience and huge rip off

This hotel is worth staying. I’d love to admit that the room was pretty spacious and clean overlooking the marvellous landscapes. The staff was really friendly and helpful whereas the overall atmosphere, convenient location and cozy facilities couldn’t leave us unsatisfied or impartial. I do recommend this hotel for other guests!

Czysto, spokojnie, piękne widoki, smaczna kuchnia. Czego więcej chcieć? No może woda, w basenie mogłaby być trochę cieplejsza. Obsługa hotelu naprawdę miła, sprawna i uczynna.

Mountain views

The views and location were very nice, from the balcony I could see the Tatar mountains! The room was spacious and it wasn’t a problem to find a nice spot for my two dogs. It was clean (only on the balcony there was a can with cigarette butts that should have been thrown away before a new guest arrives) and comfortable. What made the hotel stand out was the warm welcome and the friendliness of the receptionist who could also give advice on nearby hiking trails. Just the staff in the breakfast room seemed a bit grumpy and rushed but overall definitely a nice stay, a very affordable price and I’ll probably come back!

Smaczne śniadanie z dużym wyborem (kawa z ekspresu dodatkowo płatna), w miarę fajna strefa spa z sauną (ale jacuzzi nie działało) i basenem zewnętrznym - spa dodatkowo płatne 20 zł os. / 1h. Budynek ma już za sobą lata świetności ale cena pobytu ze śniadaniem jest adekwatna, standard i hotelowy charakter zachowany. W pokojach trochę słychać innych gości - podłogi są w płytkach i wszystko się roznosi. Metraż pokoju ok, są fotele i tv, stolik. Łóżka pojedyncze trochę małe - wąskie. W pokoju czysto, ale zawsze można trochę lepiej zwłaszcza sprzątanie w łazience. Czyste ręczniki, brak szlafroków i papci. Mydło nie było w łazience uzupełnione w domownikach. Widok z pokoju na Tatry. Parking bezpłatny. Blisko stok. Droga dojazdowa gruntowa, brak asfaltu na ostatnim odcinku. Internet wifi nie działał.

Wrażenia z pobytu

Zupełnie opis hotelu nie zgadza się z rzeczywistością. Niedziałające SPA, basen z czarną wodą (przypominający bajoro). Brak osoby dostępnej na recepcji. Brak śniadania w formie szwedzkiego stołu. W pokoju prysznic, którego nie można dotknąć bo trzyma się na reklamówce (to nie jest żart). Brak klamki do drzwi wejściowych do hotelu. Jedyny plus to ładny widok na góry. Taki hotel... raczej pensjonat bo ciężko nazwać warunki i standard hotelem powinien kosztować max 150 zł za dobę.

What can I say about this hotel? I have booked 2 rooms for 4 people. (We were 5 persons). When we have arrived to the hotel, about 10pm the owner welcomed us nicely! But he informed us that we have only 1 room (out of 2), but he promises to us figure it out on the next day, and give us on the house beers. (It was nice - Thank you.) But unfortunately only on the third day we got another room - It's Ok. --- The rooms its self was fine. Clean & good view from the window to the mountains (for both of the sides). The bed was fine. The bad things in the room was: *AC that didnt warm us. *No mini bar in the room. --- The location of the hotel is great! -- The service was good! -- The breakfast is fine. Ill recommend this hotel!

Pensjonat - nie hotel

Hotelem tego obiektu nazwać nie można - bardziej pensjonat. Obiekt położony w cichym miejscu, z pięknym widokiem na góry. Pokoje zaniedbane, zewnątrz też zaniedbane, woda w basenie śmierdzi - nie spuszczana na zimę (niebezpieczne dla dzieci), trawa nie skoszona, brudno wokoło, śmierdzi szambem. Ogólnie brak motywacji u właściciela. Apartament duży, z osobnym wejściem, sypialnia, pokój dzienny z aneksem kuchennym, łazienka. Stan słaby, meble kuchenne rozpadające się, oświetlenie w łazience prawie nie istnieje, kabina prysznicowa połatana. W ciągu czterodniowego pobytu nie posprzątano nam pokoju, nie wymieniono ręczników - ogólnie do pokoju nikt z obsługi nie zaglądał - także bardziej przypomina duży pensjonat niż hotel. Śniadania bardzo przeciętne, mało, walka o jedzenie, menu monotonne. W części restauracyjnej nie można nic zamówić do jedzenia (na obiadokolację trzeba się wcześniej zapisać), 2 rodzaje piwa, z lodówki (wyłączonej) - także ciepłe. Generalnie odczucia takie, że obiekt z potencjałem, ale właściciel nie jest zmotywowany, żeby obiekt utrzymać na odpowiednim poziomie.

Pokoje nie posprzątane, bylo pełno kurzu na podłodze, w łazience włosy po poprzednich gościach. Recepcja nie miła. Uważam, że za tę cenę można znaleźć lepszy hotel. Na plus mogę dodać piękny widok na tatry.

Bardzo dobry dojazd i oznaczenie, do dyspozycji parking. Świetne śniadanie. Pokój przestronny , dobrze wyposażony , czysty , duża butelka wody do dyspozycji. Bardzo pomocny personel na każdym szczeblu od kuchni po recepcje. Świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Polecam !
