"Die bei der Buchung durch Bilder beworbene Dachterrasse ist leider außer Betrieb, angeblich aus Sicherheitsgründen. Ein großes Manko, da das unser einziger Buchungsgrund war. Somit waren alle natürlich sehr enttäuscht. Die Wohnung ist auch in sehr schlechtem Zustand, es wurde sicher lange nichts mehr repariert und befindet sich nicht im 2. Stock wie beschrieben, sondern im 4. Stock. Das Wasser läuft unglaublich schlecht. Haare waschen mussten wir in der Küche im Waschbecken, ansonsten wäre kaum...

What makes me give it a low rating is that the host claimed a "washing fee" right before we were about to check in. That is a stain in hotel.com`s credibility. When you book such places as this one the fee announced by hotels.com doesn't apply. There are hidden fees."

"Pros: the on-site staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and as described, and check-in/out was simple, great location. Cons: in the bathroom, the soap and shampoo dispensers had been watered down so were poor quality. The electronic lock for our room was malfunctioning and required us to twist a handle with sharp metal edges so hard, one time I had to do this, it cut my hand."
