"Everything was awesome however I arrived two hours early and I never got the instructions for self check in. Otherwise it’s a modern, relaxing an upscale hotel well worth every penny. I like how art pieces are in your room as well as in the hallways. If I were a chef I would have taken advantage of the the complete kitchen."

"When we arrived the woman checking us in (who appears to be the manager/a senior member of staff) did not seem interested in helping us or trying to communicate (as we don't speak Italian). She seemed to take an immediate dislike to us and mostly ignored us/visibly made other staff members deal with us during our stay, was basically very rude.
