Comfortable beds, temperate set great. The only downfall, the pool was outside our window and it was noisy. The door leading to the hallway had big gaps and you could hear everything. Disappointed that there was no breakfast included but at least there was a restaurant on site."

"Overall, it felt like the hotel was cutting corners at every opportunity, at the expense of guest comfort. The weekend breakfast was minimal — scrambled eggs, bread, milk, juice, yogurt, coffee, and waffle mix, all of the cheapest quality. The curtains didn't close all the way, and every light fixture was covered in dust and stains. We even found a live spider on our bed. We booked a suite (king bed + sofa bed) for 2 adults and 2 children, and the room came with only 2 sets of towels. When...

"Never went breakfast. Upon leaving on last day I had a large cup in hand, looking for ice. They had none. So I proceeded to make coffee (2 cups) in the 8oz cups provided. When I was done. I looked up to find man at front desk staring. He probably thought I was going to fill that 32 oz plastic cup with hot coffee. Even though our toilet rocked and bathroom sink (only sink) drained very slow, my real gripe was that children were allowed to run the halls playing and literally screaming past...

"The hot breakfast was horrible. We went to the buffet 30 minutes before it closed and there were no eggs, sausage, or coffee. When these items were replenished they were luke warm at best. When I told a staffer about the breakfast the excuse was the breakfast attendant had "retired" the day before and a housekeeper was thrown in to run the buffet. You would think management would have someone trained to take over that job. The ironing board in the room was broken and there weren't any laundry...
